Meet Carl H. June
June is credited for the development of CAR T therapy, which he first began to work on in the late 1980s. Today, his research involves the discovery of new CARs for a variety of disease indications. In 2020, June became an elected member of both the American Philosophical Society and the National Academy of Sciences.
