“My ultimate vision is allogeneic cell production centralized within large-scale manufacturing models, where the last steps of cell product reconstitution/manufacturing are performed at the hospital level, in a solvent/solute model – as we already see with chemotherapy agents. This would require a chain of trust between pharma and caregivers and must be facilitated by novel culture technologies, breakthrough cryobiology innovations, new packaging and dedicated infusion systems.”
