CPhI India 2026: Pharma’s Big Evolution
Two‑venue format brings sharper focus to ingredients and machinery
The 2026 edition of CPHI & PMEC India — historically a single‑venue trade show — is being reimagined as two specialised events to better serve a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical sector. From 23–25 November 2026, CPHI India will take place at IICC Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, New Delhi, focusing on APIs, excipients, natural extracts, fine chemicals, and finished dosage products. Meanwhile, PMEC India will run from 24–26 November 2026 at IEML, Greater Noida, showcasing pharmaceutical manufacturing and processing machinery, packaging, lab‑analytical equipment, clean‑room technology, and more.
The decision to split into two venues follows feedback from exhibitors and attendees: the show has grown so large that a single venue led to overcrowding and reduced opportunity for meaningful meetings. The new format is designed to improve visitor experience, streamline navigation on the exhibition floor, and allow deeper, more focused interactions — without losing the integrated spirit: a single badge grants access to both shows, and shuttle services will link the venues during overlapping days.
With this shift, CPhI & PMEC India aims to reflect how the Indian pharmaceutical industry is evolving — expanding beyond generics toward more value‑driven innovation, biologics, complex generics and advanced manufacturing.
